Well life on the farm is kinda laid back....
Whoever came up with those lyrics was such a liar! I think it's anything but laid back, it's work, work, work then when your done there's more work to do! So needless to say I'm not getting bored! Actually, life is very good! We had a great weekend! My parents went to a dance recital so the kids and I stayed at their house to watch their dog. We had a great time hanging out with my sister and her family all weekend. We grilled out and had a bonfire. Dana has been working in the field with his dad all weekend and Monday and Tuesday. I think that he got all of the corn in finally! Two weeks ago they got 2.5 inches of rain and it was a real push to get the corn in with the wet ground. Carson is still loving it, helping daddy dig! Grace is adjusting well too! Finally! She slept all night last night!

Life on the farm really isn't all that laid back, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I grew up on a farm and am so glad that my kids get to grow up on a farm too. There are so many lessons to be learned on a farm. It's all about hard work and dedication.
So glad that you all are enjoying the farm life!
So glad that you all are adjusting pretty well! Hey, you left your diaper bag at church. We saw it laying in the grass right by where everyone exits to get on the highway. I picked it up and saw there was a card in there with your name on it. Its at the church in the lost and found. I didn't know when I would see you again or your parents so maybe they can pick it up for you!!!
